Standard deliveries are free to main centres throughout South Africa for orders over R350. For orders under R350, we charge a fee of R75 If you live in an outlying area and want your parcel sent directly to you, there is a delivery fee of R100. The relevant fee will be highlighted during checkout.
Standard delivery takes place during office hours and the shopper cannot select the exact date, or time, for the delivery.
There are no standard deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address.
During checkout, the buyer indicates where in South Africa you require delivery and based on the your delivery address and postal code, Ecjewellery will indicate which delivery option is available.
In the case of standard delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process.
Delivery timeframes for standard delivery depend on the your delivery address, postal code, selected delivery option.

Please note that during high volume periods like seasonal sales,or Black Friday ECJEWELLERY reserves the right to extend their delivery time-frames. Delivery might then take 4-8 working days

A tracking number will be sent to you via Email or sms as soon as your parcel has been processed.
If you become aware of the fact that product(s) is/are missing once you receive your parcel, and ECJEWELLERY does not notify you thereof via email beforehand, please contact ECJEWELLERY as soon as possible on email email@example.com to notify us thereof so that we can resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
If contacting ECJEWELLERY via email regarding missing the product(s), please use your order number and the phrase “missing product(s)” in your subject line of your email.

Return policy for ECJEWELLERY customers. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. All refunds will remain at the discretion of ECJEWELLERY If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will refund or credit you – the choice is yours. Please take note that shipping/delivery cost can unfortunately not be refunded or credited as this is costs that can not be reimbursed to us by the Courier company. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days after receiving of goods Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused. Sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or credited to you once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time. You have 14 days from the time your order was delivered to send it back.
You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us. PLEASE TAKE NOTE If ECJEWELLERY is responsible for sending damaged items or items in the incorrect size ordered by the client, pick up and return delivery costs are covered by ECJEWELLERY as per our return policy.
Please return your items, with the labels attached, in the original packaging in which your order was delivered. Alternatively, place the items inside a clean plastic bag and seal securely.Where there is more than one parcel, ensure that they are tied together.
Please note, you risk delaying the refund process if the steps outlined above are not carefully followed. In addition, you will NOT be entitled to any refund if returned product(s) are not sent back to ECJEWELLERY in the exact packaging it was received in, with labels attached, in resalable conditions.
ECJEWELLERY also reserves the right not to refund a returned product if the product is returned without its original protective packaging and not safely packed.
Furthermore, ECJEWELLERY will not process a refund on defective or incorrect products should you not have followed the procedures as set out in this Returns Policy.

Should you wish to be refunded for products inform our client service team that you wish to return items and request a refund. Your requested refund will be paid by EFT within 72 hours AFTER ECJEWELLERY has received returned items in the Original packaging and state. Kindly include your banking details in the email, should you be requesting an EFT refund.
